
Look, I don't take being a barista lightly, it is very serious work. You know that sense of wonder a goblin feels when they take their first sip from their possum spice latte? That amusement is not coincidence. A REAL barista knows the science of how to make that moment happen. It takes just the right amount of possum guts. One has to be keen on the appropriate temperature to steam your possum milk. Don't even get me started on the nuances of latte art. My most famous foam is that of a dead possum.
