I don't mean to brag, but I handled all of the design of this exquisite prestigious Goblin Guild Hall. There were so many decisions to be made. For instance, the library was a change that was made at the end of the building process. It was originally going to be a bouncy castle! Some decisions to make however are quite easy. When we asked ourselves where the office would be, obviously you should put it in the deepest, darkest, most depressed portion of the building. The rightful place it deserves if you ask me. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to issue a citation to Lemlem for building a swimming pool of socks below his gang house. How depraved.
